Hi, I’m Becky. I’m  a digital-first, brand-led designer with experience leading creative work from discovery through to delivery across website, brand, campaign and digital platform projects. I thrive on producing distinctive, high-energy visuals that capture the stories, personalities and moments behind brands, products and audiences.

 

My values are rooted in being open-minded and adventurous, and I love working in fast-paced environments where I can combine creativity with culture. I recognise the value of brand as a way of connecting people, places and ideas. Strong design has the power to shape how people feel, create memorable visual identities and build meaningful relationships between organisations and their audiences.

My Experience

EXETER CHIEFS

Design Lead

Exeter Chiefs is a professional rugby club competing at the highest level of English and European rugby, with professional men’s and women’s teams supported by a strong academy and community programme.

 

I worked across the full breadth of the organisation, producing daily social-first content for social channels, reaching a combined audience of over 450,000 followers. The role required a fast, reactive approach to design, delivering live match-day and topical content aligned with current sporting narratives, while maintaining brand consistency across high-engagement platforms.

HALT AGENCY

Creative Lead

Halt fuse creativity, strategic thinking and story-telling expertise with decades of recruitment industry experience to produce compelling branding and captivating content for ambitious recruitment brands.

My role involved executing rebrands including all collateral from discovery sessions through to delivery as well as designing and developing multiple website wireframes and templates. 

TEA: ENTERTAIN

Account Executive

TEA is an award-winning London-based creative agency. Excite, entertain and engage are three words that have inspired all that happens at tea for over a decade, from picture to pixel and beyond.

As a recent client on the WB side I was the designated team lead on the relationship with Warner Brothers. As a team we produced creative ideas for bespoke sites such as Times Tower, New York, whilst I personally managed the digital out of home campaigns for three films covering over 50 site placements across the UK. I also monitored the charge out expenditure of project resource and organised campaign runways for EA Games’ Fifa 22 and Battlefields 2042.

WARNER BROS.

Creative Services Theatrical Intern

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is global entertainment company and leader in the creation, production, distribution, licensing and marketing of all forms of film & entertainment.

Whilst on my placement I worked across 14 new-release, theatrical film campaigns and was responsible for the creation and delivery of digital and print exhibition assets to all major cinema chains. I also worked with digital retail partners such as Apple, Amazon, Samsung and SKY.
